Amer Salman

Amer Salman is the Founder and President of Structure Hospitality, a hotel management company he founded in 2020 and has grown across multiple markets, brands, and ownership groups.

Amer leads the overall direction of the company and works closely with owners on the decisions that shape an asset before, during, and after operations. His work spans acquisitions, new development, brand strategy, capital planning, portfolio performance, ownership strategy, and management.

He has spent his career close to the operating side of the business, which continues to influence how he evaluates opportunities and advises owners. He looks at a hotel through both an operating and investment lens, with a strong focus on cash flow, execution, risk, and long term value.

As Structure Hospitality has grown, Amer has become increasingly involved in new projects, owner relationships, market opportunities, and the broader growth of the company. He is known for being direct, practical, and willing to say what he believes is best for the asset, even when the answer is not the easiest one.

Structure Hospitality continues to expand its portfolio and development pipeline while building a team capable of supporting larger and more complex opportunities.
