As the founder and president of Structure Hospitality, Amer leads a team dedicated to building strong relationships in the hospitality industry. With a focus on financial analysis and business strategy, his goal is to enhance performance, improve profitability, and support the success of various hotel projects.


We succeed because we truly understand our owners. We achieve record-breaking results by aligning with their needs and goals. Our owners trust and value our partnership, often pursuing growth because of the positive outcomes we’ve helped them achieve.


When we start a new partnership, we become hyper-focused on improving hotel service and revenue. We don’t level off; our commitment to continuous improvement ensures our hotels keep progressing and reaching new heights.


Amer ensures that Structure Hospitality provides clear and transparent guidance, offering straightforward advice to hotel owners and investors. We specialize in revitalizing underperforming hotels and managing new construction projects, handling every phase from due diligence to completion. Currently, we are engaged in several new hotel developments.

Luis Aguilar

Vice President of Operations

Luis embodies a leadership style that combines a competitive drive with a focus on supporting his team, which has fueled his nearly 20-year career in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has skillfully guided teams through economic shifts and market challenges, consistently helping them excel in market share, customer service, and profitability.

With a broad range of experience in both independent hotels and major brands, Luis has worked across the entire spectrum of hotel classifications, from select service to full-service. One of his recent successes was leading the transformation of a prominent independent boutique hotel in Dallas into a full-service Hilton brand. His deep operational knowledge allows him to quickly identify opportunities to streamline operations, especially in labor and expense management, to enhance profitability.

Luis is also known for his strong ability to develop people, quietly guiding his team members to reach their potential while keeping the focus on collective goals. He creates hotel cultures where guests, team members, and clients feel valued, ensuring their priorities are central to every strategy.

Abby Peterson leads the sales and revenue strategy for Structure Hospitality’s hotel portfolio, consistently aligning business opportunities with each property’s specific goals. She is a highly skilled sales professional who not only delivers results but also ensures the right business mix that drives sustainable growth.

Abby has a remarkable ability to understand market trends and client needs, making her an exceptional strategist. Her promptness, strong client relationships, and proactive approach set her apart. She consistently goes above and beyond to secure business that contributes to long-term success.

Starting her career at the front desk and quickly rising to General Manager, Abby transformed guest satisfaction and elevated property performance. Her leadership, deep expertise, and commitment to excellence make her the driving force behind our portfolio’s continued success.
